This morning I decided to not order the new Toshiba Gigabeat, as the US release has now been pushed back twice, and I have read some really suspect things in several spots about the battery life on this device. So it's back to the drawing board for a new portable media player. Thankfully, the battery issue I had with my Ipod mini has subsided for the time being, so I can get another month or two from it until I decide on a new device. I hope Toshiba gets the Gigabeat right at some point, but it seems to have too much uncertainty surrounding it for now.
