Archos AV4100 - 100GB

Looks like the AV4100 is a great device for those people with Digital SLR cameras.  With the built-in compact flash (Type 1) slot shutterbugs can sync there photos and view them on the 3.8" QVGA (320x240) LCD!  (SD and MMC supported with an optional adapter).  Why don't the vendors put in Compact Flash Type II?

From a Video perspective it is really lacking.  It only supports MPEG-4 SP and only in AVI format?  What happened here?  The interesting thing is it's sibling the AV480 (80 GB drive) supports XVid and Divx (4 &5).  I hope the above is a typo vs. a removal of support.
