IPhone Activation light at the end of the tunnel?
Well so much for sleep, just as I was about to call it a day when I received this email...
We're sorry. AT&T has identified a problem with the information you provided.
So I spent another hour on the phone with AT&T. It seems that some information that should have been placed in my account from the ITunes activation was missing. So just as the agent was just about to update the system with the correct info, I was informed that I should call back because the "CARE" system was receiving a system update.
I have no more words to describe the frustration.
***Update
It is now 7am and I am on the phone again and it seems that the "CARE" system is back up. The agent has me on hold, no breath holding here...
