Google Desktop Search plug-ins are a real treat, especially since I now have search capabilities for Arcives, CHM, etc.
At this point, I would rather use GDS over Windows' own search capabilities...
All I need now is free PDF, MHTML and ICQ chat plugins and I'm all set. :)
