About Me

I am a co-founder of Notches, an early stage startup currently based in NYC. We are building a free, open reviews network that anyone can participate in and anyone can build on top of. You can find out more on our official blog.

Things come to a close...

A lot of things came to a close over the last week or so.

We delivered the first production version of my project on Friday, and I had to complete my employee reviews (we have a rather comprehensive reviews program where I have to review everyone I work with).

I'm also done with my summer semester as of Monday.  My Civil Procedure exam was 125 reasonably challenging multiple-choice questions over 4 hours, complicated by the fact that we didn't cover a good portion of the material on the test. I think I did well enough, but I guess we'll see. One encouraging fact: other classmates, many of whom worked a lot harder than I did, found the exam very difficult. Oh, the joys of the Ordinal Curve.

The important thing is that the semester is finally over, and I'm just about officially done with my first year of law school. (The evening program is 4 years, instead of 3, but once I complete my Constitutional Law class I will have completed all of the courses that a 1L day student takes).

Hopefully, this also means that I will have a bit more time, at least until the fall semester starts in August.
