Community Server 1.0 - Source and conversion tool available

As good of a day as any - first we get the source and then we get CSverter. I'm already running CS 1.0 on a few other sites and I'm going to try to use Rob's tool to migrate the SlashStar content over.

I have a few plans for what I want to do here and elsewhere, although I doubt I'll get to it this weekend.
